機泵標準介紹1

據不完全統計，現有壓縮機、風機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、制冷機、膨脹機等“機類”標準750~800個；“泵”類標準860多個；“離心機”標準60多個；“密封”標準230多個，總計標準數量在2000個以上。上述統計僅局限于中國國家標準、行業標準，國際ISO標準以及美國、英國、日本、德國、法國等國的國家級標準和二個美國行業標準（機械工程師協會標準和美國石油協會標準）。各級地方標準和企業標準以及其他國家的各類標準則未包括在內。

標準所規定的內容非常廣泛，有機泵產品的基本型式與參數、性能、名詞術語、標記、評價、尺寸、通用技術條件、試驗方法、施工規程、驗收規范、測量方法、等級劃分等等，但大體可以歸納為設計、制造、安裝驗收三個方面。也有些是機泵某些部件如閥片、鑄件、聯軸節的標準或某些性能的規定，如有關振動、噪聲、潤滑的標準等等。

標準所牽涉的產品種類也非常多，以泵為例，有離心泵、計量泵、螺桿泵、往復泵、水輪泵、潛水泵、油泵、清水泵、試壓泵、旋渦泵、低溫泵、真空泵、羅茨泵、分子泵、齒輪泵、泥漿泵、耐腐蝕泵、深井泵、水環泵、混流泵、軸流泵、鍋爐給水泵、液下泵、注水泵、化工流程泵、不堵式泵、無泄漏泵、塑料泵、消防泵等等，還有很多。其名稱有些是按泵的常規分類方法劃分的如葉片泵、容積泵等，有些則是按用途劃分的如污水泵、衛生泵等，有些名稱則比較隨意如擴散泵、液氮泵等。只要有此類產品的生產，有制定標準的需求，通過一定的申請、批準手續就可能產生一個新的標準，但有時內容也有相當的交叉、重復。就國內和國外的標準而言，則國內的標準數量多于國外的標準。總的來說，像離心泵這樣應用廣泛，產品生產歷史長久的泵類標準比較多（離心泵相關標準的總數達到100多個），而像無泄漏泵這種迅速發展起來的新型泵類標準則比較少。無泄漏泵目前可查到的標準共有7項，其中國外3項，國內4項，分別為：

注：ASME是美國機械工程師協會(The American Society of Mechanical Engineers)的簡稱；

VDMA是德國工程協會(the German Engineering Federation)的簡稱。

壓縮機類的標準包括壓縮機、風機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、制冷機等的標準，

其大體數量如表1 所示。從表1可看出國內標準數量明顯多于國外標準數。

以上共計761個（國內414個、國外346個）

API，是美國石油協會(American Petroleum Institute)的簡稱。美國石油協會是早也是成功的制定標準的商會之一，從1924年制定第一個標準開始，至今維持著500項左右標準的修訂、更新，其內容覆蓋整個石油和天然氣工業，為石油工業的安全生產、設計、制造、施工和安裝提供了技術保障，并獲得了巨大的經濟利益。API的標準包括防腐和材料、檢驗、壓力容器和儲罐、電器、換熱器、管道、泄壓系統、儀表及控制、閥門、鉆探設備、油氣測量標準等，其中機械設備方面的標準主要是機泵標準。API機泵標準是我國化工、石油和石化行業重要的參考標準。現將API有關機泵標準列于表2。
